Coming out of Saint Louis, Missouri, KOZII is a rapper and producer with a mission: to break boundaries and make music as genre-fluid and unique as it was during the golden era of 2015–2017 SoundCloud rap. Inspired by the innovative sounds of Kanye West, Metro Boomin, and albums like Starboy by The Weeknd and The Life of Pablo, KOZII blends therapeutic expression with tracks he genuinely loves to hear.
At the age of 24, KOZII is paving the way for artists who defy categorization by doing more than just rapping. Many of his projects are self-produced, demonstrating his concentration on production and his conviction that all artists should have a fundamental understanding of sound.
